These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BriefFit platform. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
BriefFit is an AI-powered hiring research platform. It provides market research, salary benchmarking, job description generation, interview question generation, and candidate CV scoring for HR professionals.
2. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Credits & Billing
- BriefFit uses a credit-based system. Actions such as running research (2 credits), generating interview questions (1 credit), company research (1 credit), CV scoring (1 credit), and content translation (1 credit) consume credits.
- Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
- Failed AI operations are automatically refunded. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
- Subscription plans provide monthly credit allocations. Unused credits carry over. Annual plans grant 12 months of credits upfront.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to manipulate AI outputs through prompt injection or adversarial inputs
- Use the service for discriminatory hiring practices
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract underlying models or data
- Resell or redistribute generated content as an automated service
- Deliberately overload or disrupt the service
5. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of all data you input (job titles, company info, CVs, etc.).
- AI-generated content (job descriptions, interview questions, research reports) is provided for your use. You may use, modify, and publish generated content freely.
- The BriefFit platform, brand, and underlying technology remain our property.
6. AI-Generated Content
Research results, job descriptions, and candidate assessments are AI-generated and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal compliance of AI-generated content.
Hiring decisions should not be made solely based on AI-generated scores or assessments.
7. Limitation of Liability
BriefFit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
